Anne Badrichani, PhD

is an accomplished immunologist with expertise in public health and research. After Anne finished her postdoctoral study, she joined the community...

… of Global health and had the opportunity to contribute to the development of health projects in more than 30 countries. She has worked with international organizations such as UNDP, UNOPS, WHO, MSF, Global Fund and the European Union. She has a broad and extensive knowledge of all the core components of a laboratory system (diagnosis, surveillance) including regulatory requirements, technical capacity, laboratory accreditation, ISO norms. Among her achievements, she has developed tools to forecast lab supplies based on laboratory workflows and epidemiological requirements; she also developed efficient lab sample transport routes considering the technical preanalytical requirements.

A native French speaker, Anne Badrichani is also fluent in English and have notions of Arabic and Spanish.

Dr. Jean-Michel Cann

is a specialist in pharmacy Quality Assurance and Quality Control, holding a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Studies and a Master's in Business Administration...

… with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Dr Cann has extensive work experience with international organizations, having provided his expertise in the quality assurance and control of medicines to the UN system at UNDP (Head of Quality Assurance), at UNICEF and WHO, undertaking various consultancy appointments as pharmacist technical advisor and holding QA lead roles in his assignments. He is a founding member of QUAMED (https://quamed.org/about-us/), a non-profit association dedicated to enhancing access to quality medicines. He also worked with international non-governmental organizations, including MSF and for the private sector.

Throughout his career, Dr. Cann has focused on improving quality systems management in low-to-middle income countries. He has a proven track record of designing, enhancing, and implementing QA systems tailored to specific countries. His responsibilities have included elaborating quality manuals, developing guidance documents, SOPs, and conducting trainings. Finally, he has experience in dossier assessment and validation, auditing of pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, MQAS assessments, and national regulatory agency evaluation. A native French speaker, Dr. Cann possesses advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Quirijn van Olden

is a seasoned supply chain expert with over 20 years of experience in strengthening supply chains in both the public and private sectors...

Quirijn is recognized for his collaborative approach and his expertise in health product supply chain management, as well as entrepreneurship in both English and French-speaking contexts. Quirijn has adeptly worked with diverse stakeholders, significantly advocating for health product supply chains in Nepal and achieving key milestones as the Deputy Country Director and Technical Director for GHSC-PSM Nepal. His diplomatic skills shone through in the successful completion of the Côte d’Ivoire supply chain diagnostic project for the Global Fund in 2018. He has continued his successful interventions in Côte d’Ivoire at NPSP at the end of 2023 with advisory on their planned decentralization. He also worked with DAP in the beginning of 2024 for an M&E effort focused on the last mile. Quirijn’s commitment to environmental sustainability is evidenced in his co-founding of Biocomp Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and in groundbreaking research projects addressing climate challenges.

Dion de Gruchy

is a qualified Industrial Engineer with significant expertise in Health Supply Chains. He initially worked in the private sector, where he gained best practices...

in procurement and supply chain in automotive, aviation and telecommunications industries. Since 2012, Dion has focused on public health supply chains in support of international NGO programs and national health projects. He essentially provided technical assistance to The Global Fund and USAID funded projects in Africa, specifically in Angola, Burundi, Eswatini, Malawi, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, but also to Haiti as Warehouse & Logistics Director for the GHSC-PSM project in 2022. Other roles include Covid-19 emergency response, where Dion supported the National Department of Health in South Africa along the crisis.

Dion is passionate about using software applications to visualize supply chains and has made extensive use of applications such as ArcGIS mapping for visualizing road networks, health facility locations (GPS), health districts, and population data. By combining supply chain data with maps and routes, Dion creates powerful visual outputs in Power BI dashboards that allow clients to better understand their ‘as is’ situation and visualize the potential of their supply chains.

Remy Prohom

is a dedicated high performance and service-oriented professional with almost 30 years of experience in public health logistics systems, supporting national programs...

in Asia and Africa as well as responding to public health emergencies. Remy has extensive experience in creating buy-in at the highest levels for improvement in supply chain operations and emergency preparedness. His expertise ranges from managing LMIS projects, analysing national supply chains flow, optimizing logistics systems, designing forecasting and information systems, to managing emergency logistics response, setting up Emergency Operations Center and building national capacity through appropriate preparedness and response plans. In addition, he has significant experience with designing and facilitating training in Supply Chain Management and coaching logistics staff.
Remy holds a BS in computer science and a master’s degree in international security. He has worked for key organizations such as MSF, WHO, MSH, TGF, Chemonics and more.
A native French speaker, Remy is fluent in English and has limited knowledge of Spanish.
