PRO PSM provides logistics solutions including, but not limited to, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and transportation management. All services are subject to the terms set forth herein.

2. Cancellation Policy
Services canceled within 24 hours of scheduled execution may incur charges. Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy for more information.

3. Fees and Payments
Fees for services will be as per the contract or agreement. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise negotiated in your service agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability
PRO PSM shall not be liable for any damages that your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.

5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

6. Changes to Terms
PRO PSM reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

Unless otherwise stated, PRO PSM and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on PRO PSM. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
