Practical Training on Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management

The main objective of this course is to empower professionals with practical knowledge and tools needed for efficient, compliant, and resilient management of pharmaceutical supply chains, ultimately ensuring the constant availability of high-quality medicines to patients.

On-site tailored trainings

The concept is simple yet very efficient. We replaced providing standard trainings to a mixed audience that might have different expectations to specific trainings tailored to the needs, culture and challenges of the participants.

Our on-site trainings are conducted as workshops, requiring active participation from all attendees and using real data (from participants or case studies). These workshops can last from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the selected modules, the number of participants and the depth of knowledge expected by your organization.

The key modules that are proposed for those trainings are:

Forecasting & Quantification for HIV, Malaria, TB or essential medicines products (3 to 10 days)
In-country Supply Planning and replenishment along your Supply Chain (2 days)
Principles and technicalities of Inventory Management (2 days)
